Mariah Carey and the very specific costume party

Oh, Mariah Carey. Don’t ever change. The eccentric diva threw an “intimate” party at her rented villa in Italy recently at which attendees were expected to abide by a very, very strict dress code: dress up as Mariah Carey. Both male and female attendees, even. Yup, Carey insisted on a whole room full of tributes to her various looks, and if anyone can pull off such a demand, it’s her.

But Carey herself, never one to risk coming in second in a costume contest — even if she is in fact the real article — did not go as herself. Instead, she reintroduced her black-clad, stiletto-heeled alter ego, Bianca. Because of course she did. Again, ma’am, please don’t ever change.
