Mischa Barton did not consent to that sex tape

Mischa Barton can’t catch a break. This time? Someone is shopping around a sex tape featuring the troubled star — with a starting price of $500,000. Too bad you can’t actually put a price on privacy and other people respecting you enough to not secretly record you having sex.

The 31-year-old has claimed that thetape is revenge porn, as itwas filmed without her consent. And now, her lawyer is speaking out, too.

“Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of such images,” Lisa Bloom wrote in a statement. “Revenge pornography is a form of sexual assault, and it is also a crime and a civil wrong in California. And we will not stand for it.”

This is pretty disgusting. And frankly, Barton has been through enough. She died really tragically on “The O.C,” and also, just last month she bizarrely crashed her U-Haul into her new apartment building. And there was that whole thing where she claimed she was drugged with GHB, too.

I wish she had better friends.
