Don’t complain later that you weren’t warned. Reigning pop homogenizers the Black Eyed Peas are getting back together for another album and another tour, and there’s nothing we can do about it. “They have already started working on their new material and will be doing a tour together following the release of their first album,” a source tells Radar Online, suggesting this new national nightmare might last even longer than first imagined. “All of the band members are expected to return,” including Fergie, will.i.am and the other two.

The group called things off in 2011, after Fergie — already a successful solo artist — expressed interest in spending more time building a family with Josh Duhamel. The group was last seen at the Super Bowl halftime show in 2011 showing a nationwide audience what happens when you take every current trend in pop music, put it in a blender and extract anything interesting.
