This week, publishing giant Simon & Schuster debuted a new video series offering an inside look at the book industry. In each episode in the "Behind The Book From Simon & Schuster" series, the story of how a specific book came to be is explained, from idea to printed page.

 

 

The first video features Russell Gold's book "The Boom" and the background information is given by editor Ben Loehnen. The episodes are free to watch on Simon & Schuster's website and also on YouTube. Take a look below:
