Just hours after her Twitter admission that she failed a court-ordered drug test, the troubled actress was out partying in Beverly Hills and Hollywood, according to People magazine. “She’s exactly the same girl as before jail time and rehab,” a friend says.

2. Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder married longtime girlfriend Jill McCormick in Hawaii over the weekend, according to Us Weekly. They wed before about 70 guests, including Sean Penn. Vedder, who proposed to McCormick last year while in Washington, D.C., for the Kennedy Center Honors, already has two daughters with his bride.
