1. After reportedly failing a second court-ordered drug test, Lindsay Lohan has had her probation revoked and a warrant has been issued for her arrest, according to TMZ. The cops won’t be busting down her doors, though, as the bench warrant is being held until her next court appearance Friday morning.

There was, however, a bit of good news for Lohan this week, as she settled her $100 million lawsuit against E*Trade for its Super Bowl commercial feature a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay, according to Us Weekly. Terms of the settlement are being kept confidential, but “the family is pleased that the case has been settled,” Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan, says.
3. Elisabeth Moss filed for divorce from her husband of less than a year, “Saturday Night Live” star Fred Armisen, according to Us Weekly. Moss and Armisen have been living separate lives since they split up in June, according to the court documents. Sources say the “Mad Men” actress’ devotion to Scientology came between them.
