Kim Cattrall admits that staying in shape gets harder as she gets older. But the 54-year-old actress admits daily exercise and drinking lots of water have served her well. “I’ve been dieting my whole life because I have a tremendous appetite,” she tells People magazine. “It gets harder because parts of my body don’t want to be on a diet, but at the same time it gets me up in the morning to work out.”

Demi Lovato
is out of rehab, according to People magazine. After two months in a treatment facility to address “emotional and physical issues,” Lovato checked out and is heading home to her family. The Disney star has “completed her prescribed treatment and an outpatient program near the treatment facility … and is getting back to her regular routine,” a source says.

Chris Brown appeared in court Friday asking a judge to remove the restraining order in his assault case involving ex-girlfriend Rihanna, according to Radar Online. While Brown has been good about completing his six months of community service and 52-week domestic-violence education course, his lawyer feels the five-year restraining order is too restrictive. “It makes it difficult at award shows and such,” the lawyer argued.

A DVD of Mel Gibson’s new, unreleased movie, “The Beaver,” was stolen from his mailbox before it could be returned to the studio, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “When the courier came to pick it up, it wasn’t there,” a police spokesman says. “Apparently, someone prior to the courier took it out of the mailbox and made off with it.” But the police aren’t exactly starting a task force to track down the culprit. “It’s a $10 DVD. [It’s] a petty theft,” says the police official.

Lisa Marie Presley’s rep is slamming a report by the National Enquirer that Presley collapsed from too much dieting. “It is absolutely and completely untrue,” her rep says. “The Enquirer puts Lisa on the cover every few months with manipulated photos and horrendous stories of supposed ‘meltdowns.’ She is happy and healthy and working hard.”
