Garner’s panties problem

Jennifer Garner’s third pregnancy has led to some unfortunate fashion-related moments at home, she admits to Ellen DeGeneres, describing a bathroom run-in with her older daughter, Violet. “So the other day … [Violet] is in there with me and all of the sudden she went, ‘Oh Mom, we have to have a talk,’” Garner remembers. “She said, ‘Mom, your bottom has gotten so big that your panties don’t even begin to cover it.’” Unfazed, Garner tried to explain things to her daughter. “I said, ‘It’s called a thong, you wear it when you’re a grown up.’ She was like, ‘Uh, that is so gross!’”

Von D and James break up … again

After breaking off their engagement over the summer and then reconciling a month later, Kat Von D and Jesse James have called it quits again. “I am not in a relationship,” Von D posted on her Facebook page. “And I apologize for all the ‘back and forth’ if it’s caused any confusion.” As for other things the “L.A. Ink” star isn’t doing, she added: “I am not in any way moving to Texas. I am not opening up another tattoo shop. And I am not leaving my shop here in Los Angeles, High Voltage Tattoo.” She’s also not filming any more episodes of her series, which was recently canceled.

Jackson’s kids to testify

Michael Jackson’s two oldest children, Prince Michael and Paris, are reportedly eager to take the stand in the manslaughter case of Dr. Conrad Murray, the man accused of causing the pop star’s death, but their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, is resisting the idea, according to Radar Online. “She knows how traumatic it would be for them, but both Prince Michael and Paris have said they want to tell the jury what they saw on the day their father died,” a source says, adding that Michael’s sister, LaToya Jackson, isn’t opposed to the idea. “LaToya has said it would be good for the children to ‘get what is inside them, out of them.’ Above all though, she believes her brother was murdered and what Prince Michael and Paris could tell the jury would inevitably help convict the doctor.”
