Taylor Swift got to give one of her patented "aw shucks" looks of surprise when she looked into insuring her legs — as you do — only to learn they're worth $40 million, according to the National Enquirer. "She thought her legs were possibly worth a million. But $40 million shocked her. She's even a little embarrassed about it," a source says. "It seems like a ludicrous sum, but if something was to happen to her legs, Taylor wouldn't be able to give her signature stage performances. Her $200 million career would be in big trouble." It's with that thinking that Swift is reportedly plowing forward, embarrassment be damned. "She wants it all sorted out before her world tour starts in May," the source adds.

Swift is far from the first star to insure her legs — or other notable body parts, for that matter — and her gams are hardly the most valuable. That prize goes to Mariah Carey, for some reason. Here's how Swift measures up:

Mariah Carey's legs: $1 billion
David Beckham's legs: $195 million
Christiano Ronaldo's legs: $144 million
Taylor Swift's legs: $40 million
Julia Roberts' smile: $30 million
Jennifer Lopez's butt: $27 million
Daniel Craig's whole body: $9.5 million
Kylie Minogue's butt: $5 million
Tina Turner's legs: $3.2 million
Rihanna's legs: $1 million
