Queens
Spend the day at the ballpark watching America’s favorite pastime. Friday’s Mets-Texas Rangers game at Citi Field will end with fireworks launched from center field. First pitch 7:10 p.m., tickets start at $17.123-01 Roosevelt Ave.
Brooklyn
Win or lose against the Aberdeen IronBirds, the Brooklyn Cyclones will follow their ballgames with fireworks this Friday and Saturday at MCU Park. You can also see the show from the boardwalk and beach at Coney Island. First pitch 6 p.m.; tickets start at $10.1904 Surf Ave.
Staten Island
First up will be the fireworks between the SI Yankees and the Tampa Bay Rays-affiliated Hudson Valley Renegades at Richmond County Bank Ballpark. First pitch at 7 p.m.; tickets start at $10.75 Richmond Terrace
Jersey City
Make a day of it at Liberty State Park — pet a Budweiser Clydesdale, eat some midway food and enjoy live music before the fireworks. Events begin at noon, with fireworks at 9 p.m.200 Morris Pesin Dr.
Manhattan
Super Bowl victories, election results, fireworks – is there anything the Empire State Building’s LEDs can’t display? The tower will put its high-tech torch to use celebrating the Fourth with a light show for a second year. Starts at 9 p.m. 350 Fifth Ave.
