I love Farmstead. What's not to love. The staff are just lovely, the food is fresh, mostly local and well prepared and the ambiance is perfect for a low key evening out. If you haven't tried this place, definitely check it out, you won't be disappointed. They serve homemade spelt bread baked fresh daily, it's such a treat. The owner came out to make sure our meals were ok and even offered to create a dish on the spot based on some questions I had. They really care about the food and your experience. A lovely addition to Newton Centre.
