Spoiler alert for last Sunday's "Game of Thrones:" With Robb and Catelyn dead, Arya is the coolest Stark left standing. (Well, maybe she was already.) So how will poor little Arya mourn the deaths of some of her last remaining family members? According to Maisie Williams, who plays Arya, a little something like this.
Heartrending. She's so distraught over the deaths of her family that her eyes have crossed. Too full of tears to stay straight, no doubt. Also, what accent is that? It sounds sort of like Cockney meets Deep South meets the Joker from "Batman." Seriously, Maisie clearly has a gift for comedy. Maybe she'll get to put it to more use once she's done with her role on "Deathy McStab." Oh man, I feel like I just jinxed Arya.

David Benioff, one of the “Game of Thrones” showrunners, says that when he first read the red wedding scene in the books, it hit him like a ton of bricks. Spoiler alert: Robb Stark, his pregnant wife Talisa and his mother Catelyn were all slaughtered by the duplicitous Freys at the wedding of Catelyn’s brother.
“In the book, when the band starts playing ‘Rains of Castamere,’ you know something bad is going to happen. It’s the strongest physical reaction I’ve ever had to reading anything. I didn’t want to turn the page because you know something horrible is going to happen and you can’t quite believe it and you don’t want it to happen,” he toldEntertainment Weekly.
