Saturday marks our favorite holiday of the year — National Margarita Day! Why this holiest of days is not celebrated during the summer is beyond us, but hey, with all the slush we've been pounded with, we could all use a marg right about now. Serve up a twist on the classic with this recipe from Chinaco tequila, which is the only tequila made in Mexico's Tamaulipas region (and therefore has a more aromatic flavor, which we're sure you'll love).

Yum! Yum!

Tamaulipas Margarita
2 oz. Chinaco Blanco Tequila
1.5 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. agave syrup
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
