While John Travolta‘s second accuser won’t be facing the star in a public trial, the lawyer representing him doesn’t want people to think they won’t be putting up a fight. “I want a full trial with a private judge,” Okorie Okorocha tells People magazine in response to reports the case may be heading into mediation. “There is no mediation. There’ll never be a settlement. I want privacy for sex crime victims. It looks like [Travolta’s attorney Marty Singer] wants one hell of a fight, and that is what he’ll get from me.”
Katherine Heigl is opening up for the first time about Adelaide, the second daughter she and husband Josh Kelley have adopted. “The moment they put her in my arms I just felt an overwhelming sense of awe and wonder that this perfect little being was our daughter,” Heigl tells Hello! Magazine. “I don’t cry easily or often, but I’m not gonna lie, this was one of those moments where you can’t help but be overcome with emotion. There were some tears and lot of giddiness and joy.”
What’s in a name? Well, for Chris Hemsworth‘s newborn daughter, India, it simply pleased the parents. “It was just a name we liked,” Hemsworth explains to E! News. “I always kind of liked Indie or Indiana for a boy, and she liked India. We sort of went, ‘Oh well, whether it’s a boy or girl, that will decide it.’ It just seemed to fit.” The 28-year-old “Avengers” star is equally pleased with finally being a father. “I’ve wanted to have kids for a long time, and here it is, and I couldn’t be happier.”

It looks like Mena Suvari‘s divorce from Simone Sestito isn’t going to be an easy one, as Sestito is reportedly asking for $17,000 a month in spousal support, according to TMZ. Sestito blames Suvari for his becoming accustomed to an extravagant lifestyle, with the pair eating out “almost every day at high end restaurants,” court documents state. He estimates dining expenses as $3,000 a month and claims the actress earns $750,000 a year.
