Metro's Monday night TV breakdown.

CARTOON. With a cast like this, it’s going to be hard for this new show not to be good. “SNL”’s Bobby Moynihan voices the title character, a gay white rapper who just got out of prison and is on the hunt for hip-hop fame and sex with hot dudes. Featured talent includes Danny McBride, Method Man, Hannibal Buress and Nick Swardson, so, yeah, we’re thinking it’s going to be pretty good.
Series Premiere, 10:30 pm, FX

SUPERNATURAL. Are werewolves and vampires and all that still en vogue? It would appear so, because they keep on churning out TV shows and movies about them. This one is about a big city photographer who just so happens to be the last female werewolf in existence. Balancing career and wolf pack duties is so hard for today’s women!
Series Premiere, 10 p.m., SYFY

DRAMA. Season four kicks off with the reappearance of Frank, the erstwhile matriarch of the Gallagher clan, who shows up all messed up on drugs and close to death. Sounds about right. Elsewhere, Fiona is still trying to play mom while balancing work and her sex life.
Season Premiere, 10 p.m., SHOE
