Metro's Thursday night TV breakdown.
‘The Millionaire Matchmaker’
REALITY. In typically incestuous Bravo fashion, tonight Patti tries to find love for Courtney Kerr, the star of Bravo’s newest reality show “Courtney Loves Dallas” — coincidentally airing right after “Millionaire Matchmaker.” Andy Cohen is some kind of mad, reality programming genius, is all we have to say about that, because we’re still totally watching all these shows.
9 p.m., BRAVO
‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the Island of Misfit Toys’
MOVIE. It’s getting to be that time of year when all we want to watch is Christmas movies. This isn’t the original animated Rudolph flick (in which he meets Hermie the wannabe dentist elf, remember?) but a 2001 redux in which he has to save Christmas from an evil Toy Taker who, as his name suggests, delights in stealing all the toys (and banishing them to the title island) before Santa gets a chance to deliver them. Voiced by Rick Moranis, Richard Dreyfuss and Jamie Lee Curtis, it’s not a classic, but it’ll still have you feeling jolly.
7 p.m., ABCFAM
‘The X Factor’’
COMPETITION. Simon Cowell (“American Idol” was so much better when he was still on board) will use his signature British snark to help judge the third season’s winner. The remaining three hopefuls will duet with Goo Goo Dolls frontman Johnny Rzeznik, Leona Lewis and Prince Royce.
Season Finale, 8 p.m., Fox
