Metro's Tuesday night TV breakdown.

‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’
COMEDY. Andy Samberg’s new sitcom is surprisingly good! (Not surprising because Andy Samberg isn’t funny as hell, but because not all post-“SNL” ventures fare as well.) Tonight, Jake (Samberg) bets that he can steal hilariously deadpan Captain Holt’s Medal of Valor.
8:30 p.m., FOX

‘The Mindy Project’
COMEDY. Mindy crashes a boys night out and ends up at an MMA fight. We’re betting Morgan ends up shirtless and in the ring, and that Mindy tries to make out with an MMA fighter.
9:30 p.m., FOX

'FearFest'
SCARY MOVIES. Hope you set your DVR this morning, because AMC's monthlong marathon of scary movies continues today and into tonight with "Cujo," "Scream," "Halloween II," the lesser known "Halloween III: Season of the Witch" and more.

‘The New Atlanta’
REALITY. Did Bravo really need yet another reality show about young people behaving badly in Atlanta? Probably not. Either way, we mostly just brought up this show to point out how much that one dude Vawn looks like Common. Also, why is he always wearing sunglasses in nightclubs? You, sir, are no Corey Hart.
