ACTION. Is this the most hotly anticipated new show of the season? Maybe, if the fanboy fever sweeping the Internet is any indication. Joss Whedon’s latest endeavor takes on Marvel comics — and if he gets it wrong, the backlash will be swift and sure.

COMEDY. This new sitcom will probably be stupid but we’re actually a little excited for it — if only for the awesome ‘80s nostalgia. The show follows a suburban family in the 1980s, based upon home videos of creator Adam Goldberg’s real life family.

‘New Girl’
COMEDY. Tonight, Schmidt suffers through an office party. We’d watch Schmidt suffer through anything, since he’s almost insufferably funny.
