When does ‘BoJack Horseman’ season 4 start?

BoJack Horseman drinking

Over the course of the last three seasons BoJack Horseman has drawn critical acclaim thanks to its mixture of laugh-out-loud jokes and scenes of heartbreaking pathos, which have created a show that is truly impactful. It has now been close to 14 months since BoJack Horseman season 3 came to an end, and the show’s hoard of fans have impatiently been waiting for its return ever since we left BoJack in the desert.

You can scroll on down to the bottom of the page to find out the BoJack Horseman season 4 release date, when all the episodes will actually be with us. Before then, though, let’s have a quick recap of what went down previously.

In the BoJack Horseman season 3 finale, That Went Well, we learned that BoJack not only might actually have a daughter, but also attempted suicide after a young co-star said she wanted to be just like him when she is older. Thankfully, BoJack didn’t go through it, and stopped when he saw wild horses pelting alongside the highway.

While we still have a couple of days until we find out exactly what transpires in BoJack Horseman, it’s already safe to assume that BoJack, Princess Carolyn and Mr Peanutbutter will just fall short of finding happiness. But in the most hilarious of fashions. We’ve already been given a tease at BoJack Horseman season 4 courtesy of its trailer, which you can watch below. However, there’s one character that’s conspicuous in their absence.

Bojack Horseman season 4 release date

Every single episode of Bojack Horseman season 4 will be released onto Netflix on September 8. The amount of episodes for BoJack Horseman season 4 hasn’t actually been confirmed yet, but considering that every other season consisted of 12, it’s probably safe to assume that will be the case this time around, too. Thankfully we already know that BoJack Horseman season 5 is in development, too, and it should become official soon after season 4 has aired.
