Video: Film stars name the first film that made them cry

Late last week someone recut Matthew McConaughey’s crying jag from “Interstellar” so it looked like he was weeping, like so many of us, at the new “Star Wars VII” trailer. Now there’s a real video of famous film people reminiscing on the films that really made them cry. Daniel Radcliffe reveals he shed some for “Life is Beautiful,” Chiwetel Ejiofor lost it at “Schindler’s List” and both Lee Daniels and Oprah Winfrey got misty over “Love Story.” Meanwhile Lupita Nyong’o went not with a film but with one of the Charlie Brown specials, in which Linus loses his blanket. If you’re asking, my first cry was over “Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise.”
