Comedian Jamie Foxx set Twitter ablaze after he made an off-color joke about Bruce Jenner's rumored transition at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday.
Foxx stood in front of a projected image of Jenner and said, "Bruce Jenner will be here doing some musical performances—he's doing a his and her duet all by himself."
The audience laughed and Foxx paused, gearing up for his next crack:
- 7 things to know about Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray 10 Pictures
- Celebrity deaths 2018: All the stars we lost too soon 47 Pictures
"I'm just busting your balls ... while I still can," referring to reassignment surgery.
Jenner has kept mom about whether or not he is transgender, and if he is indeed transitioning.
Twitter users stood up for Jenner and accused Foxx of transphobia.
Jamie Foxx making jokes about Bruce Jenner being transgendered was absolutely rude. NOT. FUNNY. AT. ALL.— CHAD (@ItsAllAboutChad) March 30, 2015

TMZ stopped Jenner's son, Burt, at the airport and asked him about the incident. Burt seemed to take it in stride and said Foxx was just trying to copy comedian Kevin Hart and stay relevant.
"Jamie Foxx is on his way down and he's gotta keep his mojo going," said Burt.
Kylie Jenner was in the audience at the awards show when Foxx made the jokes.
