Mojo in the Morning found an accountant who looks a little like Ryan Gosling, dressed him up in a Gosling-esque hoodie and sunglasses, and sent him to walk around downtown Detroit. Though they didn't tell anyone he was The Goz, it wasn't long before fans swarmed him asking for photos. Even up close, the hordes of breathless girls (and a few guys) seem fooled: "I'll just smell him," one girl declares, clinging to Not Ryan Gosling's torso. Girl, what you're smelling is lies.
Somewhere in Michigan, Ryan Gosling is walking around unmolested, wondering where his mojo went.
Gosling’s most crush-worthy role to date has been “The Notebook,” but his most iconic is arguably in Nicolas Winding Refn’s neo-noir "Drive," in which he struts about in a white satin jacket with a yellow scorpion on the back. He told Metro, “It was my dream to make a character people went out for on Halloween. I used to go out and see every Johnny Depp character. I was like, how is he doing that?
"When we did 'Drive,' I was really hoping for that. And people started sending me pictures on Halloween. It was working.”
