Watch Julia Roberts get hit in the face with a giant inflated ball

Jimmy Fallon has invented a new game for his show. Well, it’s not a game, per se, since there’s no real winner. The game is called, rather descriptively, “Face Balls.” The point of the game is to throw a large clear inflated ball into the face of an opponent. The footage for the few seconds of impact is then slowed and enlarged, so that viewers can see just what happens to the human face when a large inflated ball smacks into it. The first contestant? Julia Roberts, who Fallon clearly feels a little anxious about hitting. But Roberts is pretty game, as you can see in the clip above.
