Watch: The video for ‘Ready to Go,’ the very Limp Bizkit new Limp Bizkit song with Lil’ Wayne

LOL, you guys, Limp Bizkit is back. Everyone’s favorite (eh, somebody’s favorite?) nu metal band that probably nobody has been missing just released the video for their new song “Ready to Go” and, well, it sounds like Limp Bizkit.

Fred Durst is older — like, a lot older. Homeboy is rocking a salt n’ pepper beard these days — but not any wiser, if his musical ambitions are any indication.

Remember “Break Stuff”…and, uh, every other Limp Bizkit song from the late 90s/early aughts? Yeah, this new joint sounds a whole lot like that. Except, now, Durst is partying with Lil’ Wayne.

Durst is still doing what Durst does best — a lot of close-up-to-the-camera yelling and aggressive air humping, that sort of thing. Choice lines in the new jam include “throw your fingers up and finger f—ck the sky” and a clever pop culture riff “I’m so poker face ladies going gaga.”

Here’s the problem, though. There’s a reason we all have every line to “Nookie” ready on speed-dial in the way back portion of our brains (we all do, right? RIGHT?). Limp Bizkit’s music is terrible — but it’s also sort of catchy.

Be right back, we’re just going to listen to “Ready to Go” five more times.
