Sometimes Parlour spells their name as it might appear engraved in stone in Greece — as Parlovr — which is fitting, as their songs are big, pretty and monumental. But unlike any ancient relics, the band’s catchy tunes aren’t weathered at all.

Ty Segall plays the sort of fuzzy dropout boogie that when you’re first listening to it, you might think is sloppy and uninspired. But a few hours later, you’ll find the waves of his garage-y ’60s sound crashing against the inside of your head. The live show is also nuts.
