It’s hard to tell joke-things from sincere-things these days. Everything’s so mixed up and ironic and confusing!
So we’re not sure what to make of “Leck mir im Arsch,” the new collaboration between Jack White and Insane Clown Posse, based upon a 1782 canon of that name by Mozart. (Even typing that sentence makes our brain hurt.)
Like most recent Insane Clown Posse cuts, the duo is probably more in on the joke than casual observers might think, but that still doesn’t make “Leck mir im Arsch” (you can probably guess what it means) actually good. In fact, it’s pretty terrible! But maybe that’s not the point. Maybe the point is, if even Mozart can write a song about licking butts once in a while, why should we judge Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope for wanting to do the same?
But why Jack White got involved, we still don’t know.
