Charlie Sheen's overexposure has finally been quantified: The sitcom
star has become the fastest person ever to reach one million followers
on Twitter.

The former "Two and a Half Men" star joined Twitter on Tuesday in
the middle of a week-long publicity tour/meltdown that saw him appear on
nearly every major network and coin such memorable sayings
as "tiger blood," "Vatican warlock assassin" and "duh, winning." Sheen
accumulated 60,000 followers before issuing a single Tweet.

Sheen's meltdown began with a bizarre appearance on radio's "The Alex Jones Show" and only spiraled from there. The 45-year-old actor has battled accusations of drug abuse and domestic violence, which has added an undercurrent of sadness to the ironic fun that surrounds his outlandish antics.

Guinness certified that the 25 hours and 17 minutes it took for
Sheen to reach one million followers was a world record. The company
could not say who held the previous record holder for the category. (via Mashable)
