The real NBA All-Stars will be unveiled in just a couple hours. As I detailed in Thursday’s paper, we don’t really care about that.
Here are my picks for the fantasy All-Stars in each conference:
EASTERN CONFERENCE:
PG – Derrick Rose (nagging toe, back issues only concerns)
SG – Joe Johnson (3-point shot is back, making 2.0 per game)
SF – LeBron James (Second only to Kevin Durant in roto-world)
PF – Ryan Anderson (Stan Van Gundy admits mistake of not playing him more last year)
C – Greg Monroe (Steals, percentages amazing for a big man)
WESTERN CONFERENCE
PG – Kyle Lowry (A healthy Chris Paul will be here when it’s said and done)
SG – Kobe Bryant (Somehow having a career kind of season at age 33)
SF – Kevin Durant (Netting career-highs across the board and was already No. 1 fantasy player last year. Scary)
PF – Kevin Love (Slimmed down, scoring much easier)
C – Marc Gasol (Blocks/steals/percentages combo is amazing)
