A person was killed following a collision with a backhoe removing snow in Roslindale. Police did not release the identity of the victim by press time yesterday.
The crash occurred about 11:30 p.m. Sunday on Belgrade Avenue, according to Boston.com.
Emergency crews rushed to Faulkner Hospital where the victim was pronounced dead.
