A 15-year-old student at Madeline Symonds middle school in Hammonds Plains was assaulted yesterday.
Five students from another school walked into Madeline Symonds school at around 1:45 p.m. and assaulted the 15-year-old. The victim didn’t need medical attention.
After RCMP officers met with school officials and the parents, the matter was left to the school to handle internally. But RCMP said yesterday they will continue to investigate and assist the school as needed.
