Two men were sent to hospital after two groups fought in the city’s southwest early yesterday.
Police were called to an alley in the 11400 block of Elbow Dr. SW at 2:40 a.m. and two men were sent to hospital with serious injuries, but both have since been upgraded.
One man was stabbed in the melee and the other man was suffering from blunt force trauma. Two men in their 20s are facing aggravated assault charges, but police believe there are more witnesses with information.
Investigators say the fight began after two separate house parties came together, and although they don’t know what sparked the fight; they say the two men with injuries were both from the same group.
