Free Pokémon Go workout class will get you in shape to catch ’em all

Now that Pokémon have been unleashed on the real world, you need to be in good physical shape to catch ‘em all.

Start your training next Tuesday, July 19, when New York Sports Club hosts a free outdoor class in Central Park for Pokemon enthusiasts. Meet at the 59th Street and Park Avenue entrance at 6:30 p.m. for a Pokémon-hunting session interspersed with a series of physical challenges.

Through July 31, non-members can get in even better shape with a free week of workouts at any NYSC gym by asking for the Pokémon Promo at the front desk. And if NYSC Passport members catch a Pokémon in their gym, they can post a screenshot and tag @NYSC with the hashtag #NYSCPokémon for a chance at winning a free month.
