Now-shuttered website Gawker on Wednesday offered Hulk Hogan $31 million to settle the $140 million awarded by a jury verdict earlier this year, the New York post reported, citing Manhattan bankruptcy court documents.

After a two-week trial in March, the jury ruled in favor of Hogan, who sued Gawker for posting part of a sex tape that featured the wrestler and Heather Clem, then wife of radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge in 2006.

Hogan is expected to accept Wednesday’s offer, which will need to be approved by a bankruptcy court judge next month.

As the news broke, Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, tweeted, “Beautiful day at our beach brother.”

Gawker was shut down after being purchased by Univision Communications in August.
