Giuliana Rancic to leave position as E! News anchor by end of summer

Red carpet commentator Giuliana Rancic will be leaving her position as E! News anchor by the end of the summer.

Rancic will continue her hosting duties for E!’s Fashion Police and Live From the Red Carpet for the network.

“For more than a decade, I was fortunate enough to play a role in the success of E! News and will miss my family at the show,” Rancic wrote in a statment.

Rancic also wrote that she was looking forward to her continued work on Fashion Police and Red Carpet coverage, along with her wine and clothing lines and new show for the Oxygen network.

“This is such a thrilling time for me, and I thank the gang at E! for understanding my desire to embark on this next chapter in my life,” She wrote.
