Q: Which aromas bring back fond memories?
A: Banana bread and my mother’s barley soup.
Q: Who is your favourite cook?
A: Actually, no joke, my mom. She really is amazing and my favourite meals are hers.
Q: What is your favourite food to cook?
A: My cooking style is mostly Mediterranean based. I make awesome lamb and salads.
Q: Do you use cookbooks when you cook?
A: Never have, never will.
Q: How did the first meal you prepared turn out?
A: Great! It goes back to the cheese sandwich comment earlier. My siblings and I have a terrific knack for cooking. I guess it’s genetic.
Q: Is there a cultural dish that you prepare for the holidays?
A: Not really, but I do a wonderful hummus!
