Hoff wasn’t that drunk

It turns out David Hasselhoff’s trip to the emergency room for alcohol poisoning over the weekend was just a big misunderstanding.

According to TMZ, Hasselhoff had been drinking, but nowhere near as much as the original story suggested, and he was not unconscious when he was driven to the hospital.

Of course, radaronline.com reports that he registered a dangerous .39 blood alcohol level, but Hasselhoff’s people say he’s fine, though he regrets the drinking.
