Everyone’s favorite child beauty queen from the South was in a car accident Monday night — but escaped with what sounds like non-critical injuries.
Honey Boo Boo, aka Alana Thompson, and her family were riding in an SUV, making a turn, when another driver slammed into the side of their vehicle, according to TMZ. That driver was reportedly behind the wheel of a truck without its headlights on.
Honey Boo Boo’s SUV was being driven by Sugar Bear, and Mama June, Pumpkin and Jessica were also inside. Their bodyguards took them to the hospital after the accident. Pumpkin told TMZ she has chest bruises, while Sugar Bear has a contusion on his back, Mama June has a sprained neck and back, and Honey Boo Boo had a headache after hitting her head against a window.
