House fire hurts two

A firefighter and an East Boston resident were injured in a one-alarm fire Saturday on the Bennington Street.

A clothes-dryer reportedly caused the fire.

The firefighter was treated for a hand injury and one resident suffered burns.

Damage is estimated at $125,000.
