Every child should have the opportunity to visit Broadway. And now you can expose the kids in your life to the magic of theater with free tickets to shows from Jan. 9-15, thanks to the ninth annual Kids’ Night on Broadway.

Here’s how it works: Youngsters between 6 and 18 years old can get in to see participating shows entirely free if they attend with an adult who’s purchased their own ticket (one adult per child).

As of 11 a.m. on Nov. 5, tickets are on sale for parents or chaperones wishing to buy their tickets with a second free ticket for their eligible child guest.

But Kids’ Night on Broadway isn’t just about free tickets. The Broadway League program also includes pre-theater activities, parking discounts, restaurant deals and more.

This year, the ambassador for Kids’ Night on Broadway is two-time Tony Award-winner Judith Light. She and the event will be promoting Point Foundation, which is an organization that grants scholarships to LGBT students.
