HUDSON RIVER. The creepy animal found in the East River this weekend was identified Sunday as an Atlantic sturgeon by experts at the Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation. The 7-foot fish completely covered in scales was pulled out by the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge.
