Ice Cream survey: Americans are bland

When it comes to favored ice cream flavors, Americans have no taste.

According to results from a new survey released by Rassmussen Reports, out of 800 Americans surveyed nationwide, 23 percent like chocolate ice cream and another 23 percent prefer vanilla.

Results showed that those who liked a little flavor for their fare preferred butter pecan with nine percent of those surveyed voting for it.

The telephone survey of adults who eat ice cream found that strawberry and cookies and cream each earned eight percent of the vote.

Six percent said mint chocolate chip, and another four percent went for the coffee flavor.

Seventeen percent preferred some other flavor not mentioned in the survey.
