The Ottawa Lebanese Festival kicked off on the grounds of the St. Elias Cathedral last night. Dignitaries, including Mayor Larry O’Brien, attended the opening ceremonies, at which singer Karl Wolf and dancers performed. The festival is known for its entertainment, food, and traditional arguily tent.
