Jamie Waylett: ‘Harry Potter’ actor arrested for bomb

Jamie Waylett, who plays school bully Vincent Crabbe in the “Harry Potter” movies, might really not be acting.

It’s come to light that the 22-year-old actor was arrested in September for looting and packing a homemade bomb during the London riots in August. Security camera footage caught him stealing champagne from a drug store while brandishing a Molotov cocktail during the riots. Even worse for Waylett? During the police investigation, they found 15 marijuana plants in his home.

Cops released a statement saying … “[Waylett] was charged with violent disorder, having an article with intent to destroy or damage property, receiving stolen goods and also cultivating cannabis plants.”

Waylett was eventually released on bail and he’s due back in a UK court on Nov. 11. This isn’t Waylett’s first run in with the law. In 2009, a judge ordered him to serve 120 hours of community service after he admitted growing cannabis at his mother’s home.

Most interestingly, Waylett’s character in the films also got in trouble with explosives; his character Crabbe perished in the eighth “Harry Potter” film after being caught in an inferno of magical Fiendfire.
