Two scholarships will be offered by the John Jay College of Criminal Justice to honor slain officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos, who were shot and killed while sitting in their patrol car last December in Brooklyn.

The scholarships, for $2,500 a semester for the next three years, were started by the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations, and announced at an alumni reception last week.

Commissioner Bill Bratton was at the event, as well as more than 200 alumni who went on to work for the NYPD.
