John Mayer has quite the extensive celebrity dating history. Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, and Katy Perry, have all had the honor — or misfortune, depends who you ask — to call John Mayer bae. But it was Taylor Swift who, after their four-month fling ended in 2010, penned a song called “Dear John” blasting the singer for playing “dark twisted games.” It may be that Taylor Swift isn’t the only one with a bad taste in her mouth. Swift’s birthday was on Tuesday and in a now-deleted tweet, John Mayer said that December 13 was the “lamest day of the year.” He later clarified that the tweet wasn’t about his ex, but a fan took a screen shot of the tweet so it will forever live in Google search history as further evidence that John Mayer is probably a jerk.
