Let’s face it; the words expansive city and/or water views usually mean a hefty price tag. Especially when both land through the same property’s windows. Add on the word penthouse and the figure that comes to mind tops a million bucks, which makes this condo at the Folio building on Broad Street a tantalizing prospect. It’s priced well below what one normally associates with such rarified digs, yet this spacious one-bedroom penthouse has views over the city and on to the harbor.
