Just where would Katy Perry, Rihanna and 25 other friends go for Perry’s bachelorette party? Why, Vegas, naturally. The group checked out Cirque Du Soleil’s “KA” at the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino, had a VIP dinner and then visited Sapphire strip club, reports Us Weekly. However, Perry’s bachelorette weekend got off to a rough start on Friday when her fiance, Russell Brand, was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport after allegedly assaulting a photographer that was hounding the couple, according to TMZ. Brand posted a $20,000 bond and was released. Around the time of the incident, Perry posted to Twitter that Brand was defending her honor, writing, “If you cross the line & try an[d] put a lens up my dress, my fiance will do his job & protect me.”
What makes this arrest even more interesting is the fact that the perpetually skimpily dressed Perry was actually covering up her ass at the time of the incident.
