Don’t feel like letting your hips loose in the local fitness center — that be because of lack of time or lack of talent? For Thanksgiving, Majesco Entertainment is offering its Zumba Dance app completely free from Nov. 27 to Dec. 2. It’ll normally set you back $5.
The app comes with a 20-minute Zumba routine (you can purchase more routine if you’re so inclined). You’ll groove to songs by Pitbull, LMFAO and other high-energy performers while being led by star instructors like workouts led by Beto Perez, Gina Grant and Kass Martin.A new motion-tracking technology, using the built-in camera on tablets and smartphones, ensures you get the most out of your workout and tells you the calories burned, goals met and technique improvements after class.
If that isn’t enough motivation, you can also create a workout group with Facebook friends and set group goals.
