Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
The weather is warming up, bathing suit season is almost upon us, and we want to start getting fit now. EAS Sports Nutrition has three high-protein smoothie recipes to fill us up the healthy way.

 

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shake
1 cup low fat chocolate milk
1 cup ice
1 cup strawberries
1 tablespoon flax
2 scoops Chocolate EAS Complete Protein Powder
1/4 cup oats

 

Peaches & Cream Smoothie
1 cup vanilla almond milk or low fat milk
1 cup ice
2 peaches
1/2 cup carrots
1 tablespoon flax
2 scoops Vanilla EAS Complete Protein Powder
1/4 cup oats

 

Peanut Butter & Banana Shake
1 cup low fat milk
1 cup ice
1 banana
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 scoops Chocolate EAS Complete Protein Powder
1/4 cup oats
