Money magazine has named Babson the No. 2 college in the U.S., beating out such institutions as Harvard and MIT. The list ranks some 1500 schools based on educational quality, affordability and alumni earnings.

The Boston school —which specializes in business and entrepreneurship — is unique in that it only offers one degree: a B.S. in business. Students get hand-on experience, launching a business during their freshmen year (all profits go to a charity) and interning with local companies throughout their four years. Such focus pays off, literally, with alumni earning an average yearly salary of $60,100 within five years of graduation — “about $9,300 more than the average for recent grads of comparable schools,” reports Money.

Stanford snagged the No. 1 spot, with MIT, Princeton and CalTech rounding out the top five.
